How does Liine make sure that only new patient calls are recorded?

We utilize an auto attendant that callers will hear when they call into your office. The audio prompts the caller to identify whether or not he or she is a new or existing patient to your office. The new patients get routed into Liine’s recording platform before being sent right back, while the existing patients will route the same way your callers have always been routed. 

Will my telephone system work with Liine?

Yes! We can integrate with any phone system on the market.

Are there additional costs to integrate with Liine?

In most cases, there are no additional phone system costs to integrate with Liine, especially for customers with VoIP phone systems. However, there are occasionally minor additional costs associated with setting up new phone numbers and such in your phone system.

Who do I call about an issue with my phone system? Can I make changes to my phone system after integrating with Liine?

While we do often integrate with your phone system, your phone system provider should still be your first and main point of contact for all telephony questions/changes/issues. We do our best to label all of the Liine components we add to your phone system, but reach out to support@liine.com if you think anything has changed that could affect Liine’s recording.
