Step 1: Open the Interaction Log

From your Liine dashboard, navigate to Interaction Log. This is where all lead data is stored.

Step 2: Press Export Log

Once you’re in the Interaction Log, click the Export Log button.

Note: The filters you currently have applied in your Interaction Log will determine what data gets exported.

For example, if you select Filter → Interaction Types → Calls, only call interactions will be included in your Excel export.

Step 3: Customize Your Export

A window will appear, allowing you to customize your export:

  • File Name: Change the name of the export file if desired.

  • Email Address: Choose which email to send the export link to (defaults to your Liine account email).

  • Format: Select CSV or Excel.

  • Columns to Export:

    • All: Export every column in your interaction log.

    • Visible: Export only the columns currently visible in your Interaction Log view.

Step 4: Accept and Confirm

Press Accept to start the export. A green success message will appear in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard confirming your request.

⚠️ If you receive an error, please contact support@liine.com for assistance.

Step 5: Check Your Email

Open the inbox associated with your Liine account. You will receive an email with a link stating that your export is ready.

Step 6: Download Your File

Click the Download Export button in the email. Your Excel (or CSV) file will now be in your downloads folder, ready for analysis.

Accessing Previous Exports

Within the Liine Dashboard, you are able to view the status of Interaction Log Exports and re-download exports that have been generated previously. To do so, click on your user icon in the top-right corner of your Dashboard, and select the 'Interaction Log Exports' option.

This will take you to a table showing all previously generated Interaction Log Exports. In this view, you are able to view the Name, Date+Time, Format and Status of previous exports.

Exports that have a value of Creating in the Status column have not yet completed, while completed exports will have a value of Finished in the Status column

You are also able to redownload any exports that have a status of Finished by clicking the icon in the Download column.
