Does your team have tracking numbers on printed materials, billboards, radio ads, etc. that you would like to be captured in Liine? If so, we can port these tracking numbers into Liine!
To do so, we will just need you to work with the current owner of these numbers to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA). Please see the bottom of this article to download the template LOA. Once this LOA has been filled out, please send the completed version to 'support@liine.com' and we will submit a port request with our carrier.
If the information provided in the LOA is correct and the port request is accepted, we will follow up with the date and time that the port is scheduled for.
In the chance that the information provided in the LOA is not accepted, we will follow up with any additional information that we need.
